"HotBox Social", "we", "us", or "our"

refers to HotBox Social, co-founded and directed by Trafford Squire and Saman Banakar.

"Facility"

refers to our indoor wellness venue featuring sauna units, cold plunge pools, coffee shop, lounge, and break-out areas.

"Member" or "Customer"

refers to any individual who purchases a membership, books a session, or uses our services.

"Credits"

refer to the monthly allocation included in membership tiers used to book sauna and ice plunge sessions.

Our session offerings and credit structures operate under the following guidelines:

• Base (50 min · 1 credit): A self-guided, standard 50-minute session providing uninterrupted sauna and ice bath access.
• House (100 min · 2 credits): An extended 100-minute session allowing time to move between heat and cold, rest, and enjoy the café.
• Flow (100 min · 2 credits): Member-exclusive sessions featuring rotating guided experiences such as breathwork, sound healing, guest talks, and creative workshops.
• HotBox Social (Friday & Saturday evenings · 2 credits): Evening immersive listening lounge sessions featuring live DJs, performers, and access to a 60-minute social sauna and plunge alongside the lounge space.

All memberships are billed monthly, and customers can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

Payment Processing: All online bookings and memberships must be paid for in advance via debit or credit card through our secure merchant service provider. Cash payments may be accepted on-site subject to availability.

Arrival: Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Bring one small towel to sit on in the sauna and one to dry.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be managed via our online booking platform in accordance with our standard notice periods to retain session credits. Cancellation must be made 12 hours prior to booking . Credits will be allocated back to your account for use providing within date.

Contrast Therapy Risks: Sauna use and cold plunge immersion involve significant physical stress, extreme temperatures, and physiological changes. By booking a session, you certify that you are in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical conditions (such as cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, high/low blood pressure, or pregnancy) that would make contrast therapy unsafe for you.

Liability Waiver: HotBox Social, its directors, and employees accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property sustained on the premises, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.

Intoxication: For safety reasons, anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs prior to entering the sauna or cold plunge areas will be refused entry without a refund.

Our on-site coffee shop operates in full compliance with local council regulations and food safety standards (Food Safety Act 1990 and Food Hygiene Regulations 2006).

Please notify our staff of any food allergies or dietary requirements prior to purchasing food or beverages.

HotBox Social Nights: Evening events feature a hi-fi sound system and live DJ performances operating under appropriate local licensing.

Code of Conduct: We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow facility safety rules. Management reserves the right to revoke memberships and expel any individual from the premises without refund for inappropriate behavior.

All content on the HotBox Social website—including text, branding, logos, scheduling layouts, and behind-the-scenes renovation media—is the property of HotBox Social. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without explicit written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bristol, United Kingdom.
